This equipment is our newly developed multi-layer composite pipe production line equipped with advanced PLC and colorful big screen display control system. Spiral fusing distribution technologyconcentricconical surface distributor are used for circular cross section single-layer or multi-layer extrusion. The mold ensures the well-proportioned co-extrusion layer wall thicknessadjustment facilitationsymmetrical output.

 

1.Three-layer co-extrusion hot water pipe, one of the three layers is EVOH oxygen resistant.

2.Two-layer co-extrusion MPP trenchless pipe, anti-friction or scratch.

3.Three-layer co-extrusion silicon core layer pipe, silica gel internal.

4.Two or Three-layer co-extrusion water supply or gas supply pipe, different PE100 material layer, maximum diameter: 1600mm.

5.Pipe, internal and external flame resistant and static resistant layers, core layer normal material.
